YMCA

The YMCA is a world-class health and wellness organization with locations all across the globe. Dustin Lewis, Executive Director of Facilities, reached out to nodaFi for help with replacing their facility software, Brightly, which suffered from lackluster reporting, a clunky UX, and poor CX.

NodaFi’s expert implementation team resolved their issues by transferring 22,450 records from the YMCA’s old system to nodaFi. This enabled a smooth, seamless transition for staff and saved hundreds of hours in implementation work. Additionally, the nodaFi team helped the YMCA import and automate 2,150+ preventative maintenance (PM) tasks using nodaFi ProceduresTM for inspections and issue reporting workflows. The YMCA has thousands of pieces of equipment and assets, and each asset is now in the system and tracked for better reporting. NodaFi InsightsTM are used to automatically calculate the Replacement Asset Value (RAV) so the YMCA knows when it's time to replace its assets, saving the YMCA time and money. Miami Valley Gaming and Racing

Miami Valley Gaming and Racing (MVGR) is a rapidly growing casino, racetrack, and resort. Their system for responding to requests, managing assets and PMs, and tracking inspections was not scaling with them as they grew.

NodaFi mapped out MVGR facilities and deployed nodaFi Smart SignsTM to help staff and guests report issues quickly. This eliminated 7 different steps and improved critical time to response by over 24 minutes in many cases. Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies (referred to locally as the Grizz) are an American professional basketball team based in Memphis, Tennessee. The Grizzlies needed an easier way for staff members to report facility issues around the arena. They had a couple of existing systems, and it was important to their team that any new solution tied into current processes seamlessly.

This eliminated 5 different steps and improved critical time to response by over 25 minutes in many cases. GEO Academies

GEO Academies is a non-profit organization whose aim is to break the cycle of poverty by providing access to free quality education. GEO has dozens of locations across the United States. They needed a way to track cleanings, SRO security checks, and planned maintenance.
